My first home cooked meal! I have been watching Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution and been inspired to healthier cooking. My first meal was a baked halibut in parchment paper. The recipe was simple, healthy, quick, and clean. Instead of the artichokes I added avocado chunks and added soy sauce and water instead of the broth. Overall the meal was very tasty and will be excited to continue to tweak with different types of seafood and veggies.
